Кабели монтажные гибкие с пластмассовой изоляцией в холодостойком исполнении ТУ 16.К01-53-2006
Конструкция: Основная особенность конструкции данных кабелей – это применяемые материалы для их изготовления, позволяющие быть стойкими к воздействию пониженной температуры.
КГМЭВВнг-ХЛ - кабель с токопроводящими жилами из медных проволок, с изоляцией из поливинилхлоридного пластиката, скрученными в пары и тройки, с индивидуальным экраном из фольгированного композиционного материала поверх каждой пары или тройки, в наружной оболочке из поливинилхлоридного пластиката пониженной горючести. КГМВЭВнг-ХЛ - кабель с токопроводящими жилами из медных проволок, с изоляцией из поливинилхлоридного пластиката, скрученными в кабель из одиночных жил, пар и троек, в общем экране из фольгированного композиционного материала, в наружной оболочке из поливинилхлоридного пластиката пониженной горючести.
КГМЭВЭВнг-ХЛ - кабель с токопроводящими жилами из медных проволок, с изоляцией из поливинилхлоридного пластиката, с индивидуальным экраном из фольгированного композиционного материала поверх каждой пары или тройки, в общем экране из фольгированного композиционного материала, в наружной оболочке из поливинилхлоридного пластиката пониженной горючести.
Применение: Кабели предназначены для передачи данных в измерительной, контрольной и регулировочной технике в диапазоне частот до 1МГц, для присоединения к стационарным электрическим приборам, аппаратам,сборкам электрических распределительных устройств на напряжение 500В и660В переменного тока 50 Гц или постоянное напряжение 750 В и 1000В соответственно Кабели марок КГМЭВВнг-ХЛ, КГМВЭВнг-ХЛ, КГМЭВЭВнг-ХЛ не распространяют горение при прокладке в пучках. Кабели могут применяться во взрывоопасных зонах любого класса, в том числе для искробезопасных электрических цепей. Кабели предназначены для фиксированного межприборного монтажа.
Технические характеристики: - Вид исполнения ХЛ, категории размещения 2.3 и 5 по ГОСТ 15150-69 -Кабели стойки к воздействию окружающей среды от + 40°С до - 60°С -Кабели стойки к воздействию повышенной относительной влажности воздуха до 98% при температуре окружающей среды до 35°С -Кабели могут применяться во взрывоопасных зонах любого класса -Длительно допустимая температура нагрева токопроводящих жил 70°С Кабели прокладывают без предварительного подогрева при температуре не ниже минус 15°С -Минимальный радиус изгиба:
- Кабели бронированные или в оплетке из стальных оцинкованных проволок 10d - Кабели небронированные 6d -срок службы кабелей не менее - 20лет - гарантийный срок эксплуатации – 2 года.
